Upside down Pancake Cake

Ingredients
• 1 very ripe banana + another banana
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oats
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
• Toppings: whipped cream/greek yoghurt + maple syrup

Method:
1. Add the ripest banana, eggs, oats and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost 
to a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Slice the other banana. Heat up the skillet and place all the slices on 
it. Pour the pancake batter on top. Cook until bubbly and flip.
3. Top with whipped cream / greek yoghurt and maple syrup.
