Ingredients
• 1 carrot
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp melted butter / coconut oil
• 1/3 cup rolled oats
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1/2 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
• 1/4 cup shredded carrot
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Method:
1. Slice half the carrot and place on a baking sheet with a bit of water. Cook for 10 min at 180c. Shred the remaining carrot and set aside.
2. Brush the carrot slices with melted butter / coconut and oil and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 10 more min, or until caramelized.
3. Mix the oats, chia seeds, and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost in a bowl.
4. Add the shredded carrot, chopped pecans and warm milk. Mix well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30min.
5. When ready, top with greek yoghurt and chopped pecans, add the caramelized carrots as bunny ears and enjoy!
