Greek Yoghurt Berries Mousse

Ingredients
• 200ml hot water
• 200g greek yoghurt
• 1 tbsp gelatin powder
• 1-2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries
• Strawberries + dark chocolate as toppings
Method:
1. Dissolve Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries in the hot water. Dissolve the gelatin and mix the liquid with the greek yoghurt until no lumps are left.
2. Serve in glasses of jars and place in the refrigerator until firm.
3. Serve with more greek yogurt (optional), sliced strawberries and shredded dark chocolate.
