Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups almond flour
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 40g melted coconut oil
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost

Method:
1. Beat the egg with the coconut sugar. Mix in the spices.
2. Mix in the coconut oil and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost along with the water and stir 
until dissolved.
3. Fold in the almond flour until a dough is formed. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
5. Roll the dough into balls and flatter on the cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 12 minutes, then let set before removing from the cookie sheet.
