Flat fee $8.99 Australia via Australia Post (up to 10 days for delivery and not tracked).
$10.99 for tracked Australian shipping via Australia Post.
$33 flat rate international shipping (up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery)
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Mavella, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt in purchased in a store) is required.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products of equal value.
To request an exchange, contact our Customer Support team at info@mavella.com.au with your order details.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your product back and dispatch the replacement item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable products (e.g., fresh Kombucha) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for refund or exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@mavella.com.au with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
