Ingredients
• 12 pitted medjool dates
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp tahini
• 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times, scraping the sides until it all comes together.
2. Roll balls of the dough (about 1 tbsp each) and roll in sesame seeds (optional).
3. Place in the refrigerator so they set and save in an airtight container
