Chia Seed Tiramisu

Ingredients

 • 1/2 cup hot water
 • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms
 • Some ladyfingers (depending on your container shape)
 • 1 cup oat milk
 • 3 tbsp cottage cheese
 • 1/4 cup chia seeds
 • 1 tbsp sweetener
 • Pinch of vanilla extract
 • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
 • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

 Method:
 1. Dissolve Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms in hot water and set aside.
 2. Cover the bottom of your container with lady fingers and pour the prepared coffee on top until completely soaked.
 3. Place the oat milk, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract and chia seeds in a bowl and mix until combined. Let the mixture set for a couple of minutes and stir once more.
 4. Cover the soaked ladyfingers with the chia seed pudding and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. 
5. When ready, cover with greek yoghurt and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
