Ingredients
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 cup organic sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup coconut / vegetable oil
• 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Method:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add all wet ingredients and stir until combined.
3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (or line with parchment paper). Smooth the top with a spatula.
4. Bake for 35min at 180c, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
5. Let cool completely. You can prepare a simple buttercream frosting with butter and icing sugar to spread on top or just cut into squares.
