Earl Grey Overnight Oats

Ingredients

• 1 cup rolled oats
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup brewed Earl Grey tea

Method:
1. Add the oats, chia, honey, Mavella Gut Boost, greek yogurt, milk and brewed Earl Grey tea to a jar and stir everything thoroughly.
2. Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight, or at least for a couple of hours.
3. When ready, top with more greek yoghurt and your favourite fruits!
