Beetroot Ice Cream
Ingredients
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup erythritol
• Handful of dark chocolate chips.
• 1-2 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
Method:
1. Make the cream cheese mixture by beating the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract and sweetener until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a larger bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in Mavella Superfoods Beetroot and the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
3. Pour into a loaf pan or freezer safe container and cover. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hs or until firm.
4. Serve with dark chocolate chips.
