Gut Glow Grapefruit Bowl

Ingredients

 • 1 grapefruit
 • 2 tbsp monk fruit (or organic sugar)
 • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
 • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
 • For garnish: coconut granola
 
Method:
 1. Slice the grapefruit and sprinkle 1 tbsp monk fruit on each half.
 2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
 3. Broil for 15 minutes until the tops look caramelized.
 4. In a small bowl, mix Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut until dissolved.
 5. Add a couple tbsp of the kombucha yogurt on top of the grapefruit and sprinkle with coconut granola.
