Cottage cheese mini buns

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
• Toppings: Ham, Mozarella, Lettuce, edible markers for the eyes (or use olives/a cut out nori sheet!)

Method:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together until combined.
2. Brush a muffin pan with oil or butter and pour the batter in.
3. Bake at 180c for about 20 min, or until golden on top.
4. Cut some ham and mozzarella slices with cookie cutters to create piggy faces
