Greek Yoghurt Spread (labneh)

Ingredients
• 250g plain greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Spinach

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and strain with a cheese cloth (or paper towels).
2. Place on a strainer over a bowl and add mug or bowl on top.
3. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hs, so all the liquid gets separated.
4. Spread on toast or crackers.
