Ingredients

• 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms
• 1 cup hot water
• 6 mdjool dates
• Handful of ice
• Your favourite milk for frothing

Method:
1. Dissolve Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms in the hot water.
2. Pour the brewed coffee in a small bowl with the pitted dates. Let soak up for at least 30 min.
3. Blend the dates into a creamy caramel.
4. Add to your lattes and iced coffees by adding a couple teaspoons to frothed milk and ice
