Ingredients

• 2 tbsp hot water
• 3 tbsps powdered gelatin
• 2 cups hot water + 2-4 tsp Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms
• 3 tbsp organic brown sugar
• Toppings: milk, whipped cream + coffee grains / shaved dark chocolate

Method:
1. Dissolve Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms into the 2 cups hot water. Adjust the coffee flavor to your liking, between 2-4 tsp.
2. In a small pot, add the organic brown sugar and 2 tbsp hot water and cook until caramelized. Add the gelatin and let it bloom.
3. Mix everything together with the prepared Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 mushrooms until completely combined.
4. Pour into a glass container and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until solid.
5. Cut the coffee jelly into cubes to serve. Add 1 cup of your favourite milk, whipped cream and toppings.
