Peanut Butter Quinoa Bars
Ingredients
• 3 cups popped quinoa
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
• Dark chocolate for drizzling on top (optional)
Method:
1. Heat the peanut butter and honey for just a bit so its easier to work with. Mix Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost into the mixture.
2. Add the popped quinoa to a large bowl and pour the mixture on it. Toss until well distributed.
3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Flatten with a spatula and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hs.
4. When ready, remove form the baking pan and cut into bars. You can drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
