Horchata Iced Coffee

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup uncooked rice
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup milk of choice
• 1 tsp organic sugar (or substitute sweetener)
• 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms

Method:
1. Rinse the rice well and place in a container with the water and cinnamon stick. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 3hs.
2. When ready, remove the cinnamon stick and place the rice and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Stain the horchata trough a mesh or cheese cloth and place in the refrigerator for later.
4. Prepare the coffee by mixing 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Coffee + 5 Mushrooms, your favourite sweetener (optional) and hot water. Froth the milk.
5. When ready, fill your glass with some ice, pour in the cold horchata, your brewed coffee and frothed milk.
