Ingredients
• 1 ripe banana
• 100g dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• A handful of peanuts
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
Method:
1. In a small bowl, mix Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost into the peanut butter.
2. Add a tsp of melted dark chocolate into each ice cube tray slot. Swirl around for the chocolate to reach the edges.
3. Add a tsp of the peanut butter + Mavella Brain Boost mixture to each slot.
4. Slice the banana and add one slice to each slot.
5. Add 1 more tsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost + peanut butter mixture.
6. Sprinkle with some peanuts.
7. Add one more dollop of melted chocolate on top.
8. Place in the freezer until solid, then save in a freezer safe container.
