Ingredients
- 250g tapioca flour
- 200g old leftover cheese (mozzarella works great!)
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Place the thickened cream and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost in a large bowl and stir until combined.
- Add the tapioca flour and cheese to the bowl and mix everything together with your hand, making sure to crumble all the cheese until well distributed.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and grease with a bit of olive oil.
- Add the crumble to the skillet and press down with a spatula. Cook until golden on both sides
