Quinoa Crackers
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup mixed seeds (flaxseed, chia, sesame, sunflower, your favourite!)
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• 1 tbsp dried herbs
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
Method:
1. Add all the seeds to a bowl with the water, add the salt and herbs and mix with a spoon. Set aside for 15 minutes so the mixture turns into a gelatinous mixture.
2. In a larger bowl, add the cooked quinoa, seed mixture and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix well.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture into a flat even layer. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes until the top looks dry but not entirely set.
4. Remove from the oven and carefully slice and scrape of the parchment paper one cracker at a time. Flip and place on the baking pan. Bake for 15 more minutes.
5. Enjoy with cheese, spreads, dips, etc
