Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 1/4 cups oats
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
• Chopped pecans
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender (except the pencas) and blend until smooth. Fold in the chopped pecans.
2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the cookies on it. Add a couple more pecans on top.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
