Leftover Rice Crackers

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy. Add more water if needed.
  2. Place tablespoons of the processed rice on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Bake for about 30 minutes or until hardened and starting to brown on the sides. 
  4. Serve with dips or hummus of your choice
