Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover cooked rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- Dried herbs
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy. Add more water if needed.
- Place tablespoons of the processed rice on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until hardened and starting to brown on the sides.
- Serve with dips or hummus of your choice
