Christmas Mug Cake
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp organic sugar
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp christmas sprinkles
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- 2 tbsp butter,
- 2-3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp milk
- Add butter to your mug and microwave until melted. Whisk in the milk and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. When combined, add the egg and organic sugar.
- Whisk in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the sprinkles.
- Microwave for 60-90 sec. on medium power. Cool for 1-2 min.
- For the frosting: whisk the butter until smooth, then add the icing sugar 1 tbsp at a time. When combined, add the milk. Pipe on top of the mug cake
