Christmas Mug Cake


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp organic sugar
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tbsp christmas sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost 

Frosting (optional):

  • 2 tbsp butter,
  • 2-3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp milk


  1. Add butter to your mug and microwave until melted. Whisk in the milk and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. When combined, add the egg and organic sugar.
  2. Whisk in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the sprinkles.
  3. Microwave for 60-90 sec. on medium power. Cool for 1-2 min.
  4. For the frosting: whisk the butter until smooth, then add the icing sugar 1 tbsp at a time. When combined, add the milk. Pipe on top of the mug cake
