Ingredients
- 100g cubed butter
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Add the butter, flour, cheese and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost to a powerful blender or food processor and blend until a dough forms.
- Finish bringing the dough together with your hands. Flour a surface and turn the dough onto it.
- Place the dough in between two parchment paper sheets and roll out flat.
- Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. When ready, cut them with a knife and small cookie cutters to resemble cheese slices.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180c for 20 min, or until golden. (They’ll get crispier as they cool)
