Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200c.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat dry with a tea towel or paper towels.
- Place the chickpeas in a bowl and add the olive oil, Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and salt and pepper (if using).
- Pour chickpeas on a baking sheet, spread out in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 min, stirring half way through.
- Let the cool slightly before serving.
