Baked Chickpeas

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat dry with a tea towel or paper towels.
  3. Place the chickpeas in a bowl and add the olive oil, Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and salt and pepper (if using).
  4. Pour chickpeas on a baking sheet, spread out in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 min, stirring half way through.
  6. Let the cool slightly before serving.
