Veggie Dip

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 Cup greek yogurt
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell capsicum, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 4-5 celery stalks
  • Parsley for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
  1. 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add grated cucumber and mix well. If yogurt is a bit sour, add sugar to taste and himalayan salt.
  4. Place in the fridge and cut all the veggies into sticks.
  5. When serving, place a couple of spoonfuls of dip in jars or cups, and put the veggies on top.
