- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1 Cup greek yogurt
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 red and 1 yellow bell capsicum, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 4-5 celery stalks
- Parsley for garnish
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add grated cucumber and mix well. If yogurt is a bit sour, add sugar to taste and himalayan salt.
- Place in the fridge and cut all the veggies into sticks.
- When serving, place a couple of spoonfuls of dip in jars or cups, and put the veggies on top.
