Healthy Banana Muffins


  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tsp B. Powder.
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost


  1. Preheat the oven 180c. Grease a muffin tray with coconut oil or butter (or line with paper cups)
  2. Mix the milk, coconut oil, yoghurt, Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and the eggs.
  3. Add the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in the flour and B. Powder.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups and bake for 15 min, or until a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out clean.
