Ingredients
• 2 slices bread
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• A handfull shredded mozzarella
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
• Burrata / mozzarella, nori sheet / balsamic vinegar
Method:
1. Mince the garlic. Mix the minced garlic, olive oil and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost in a small bowl until dissolved.
2. Brush the mixture onto the bread and make a sandwich adding shredded mozzarella.
3. Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes or until crispy on top.
4. Slice the burrata and place on top, adding the ghost faces with cut nori sheet or drawn on top with balsamic vinegar
