Dear Diary Sandwich

Ingredients

 • 2 slices sandwich bread
 • 2 slices ham
 • 2 slices cheese
 • lettuce
 • Sliced tomato
 • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 • 1 tbsp cream cheese 
• 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost

Method:
 1. Toast the bread lightly.
 2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise with Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
 3. Spread onto the toasted bread.
 4. Stack the Hamm, cheese, lettuce and tomato and place in between the two toasts.
 5. Secure one side of the sandwich with toothpicks.
 6. Cut out a couple of veggies to decorate your cover and enjoy!
