Mini Pancake and Fruit Stack

Ingredients
  • 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Body Boost
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder 
  • pinch of salt 
  • 1 cup milk of choice 
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil 
  • 1 tb spoon sugar 
  • 1 egg
  • Fruit slices of choice

Method:

  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and Mavella Superfoods Body Boost in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl combine the milk and the egg.
  3. Combine the two bowls and mix until uniform.
  4. Place a large pan on the stove and add a bit of coconut oil. Use a spoon to spoon the batter onto the pan, creating little round pancakes. You can also use a ziplock bag, cutting a corner for more precision.
  5. Cook until bubbles appear on top, flip and let brown for a minute.
  6. With bamboo sticks, place layers of pancakes and fruits.
