Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
Method:
- Zest the lemon into the bowl of a stand mixer. Juice the lemon and add 2 tbsp to the bowl.
- Add the greek yoghurt, thickened cream, honey, poppy seeds and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut.
- Whisk in the stand mixer for a couple of minutes until peaks form.
- Serve with lemon slices, mint and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- (Optional) You can place in the freezer for a couple of hours for a creamy frozen yoghurt
