Lemon Whipped Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Zest the lemon into the bowl of a stand mixer. Juice the lemon and add 2 tbsp to the bowl.
  2. Add the greek yoghurt, thickened cream, honey, poppy seeds and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut.
  3. Whisk in the stand mixer for a couple of minutes until peaks form.
  4. Serve with lemon slices, mint and sprinkle with poppy seeds. 
  5. (Optional) You can place in the freezer for a couple of hours for a creamy frozen yoghurt
