Ingredients
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• Handfull of cherry tomatoes
• Handfull of basil
• 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Spinach
• Salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Method:
1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and add Mavella Superfoods Spinach. Mix well.
2. Chop the tomatoes and basil and add to the bowl.
3. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
