Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 150g cottage cheese
• 1 small zucchini
• 1 tomato
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined.
2. Pour the mixture into an oiled baking dish.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200c until the top is golden.
