Toasted Almonds Oats
Ingredients
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 handful sliced almonds
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
• Toppings: chocolate chips, sliced banana and strawberries, honey
Method:
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pot or skillet until melted.
2. Add the oats and sliced almonds to the pot and stir well. Toast for a couple of minutes until the oats and almonds start browning.
3. Turn off the heat and add the almond milk and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost. Stir until combined.
4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chocolate chips and toasted almonds. Add banana and strawberries and drizzle with honey.
