Salted Date Caramels

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Place the dates in a bowl with hot water and let sit for a couple of minutes until soft.
  2. Add the soft dates to a food processor, along with the tahini, salt and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost.
  3. Processed until completely blended together.
  4. Press into a loaf pan, or just between two parchment paper sheets.
  5. Refrigerate for two hours, then slice into small rectangles. 6. You can wrap them up with parchment paper and string
