Ingredients
- 250g medjool dates
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Method:
- Place the dates in a bowl with hot water and let sit for a couple of minutes until soft.
- Add the soft dates to a food processor, along with the tahini, salt and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost.
- Processed until completely blended together.
- Press into a loaf pan, or just between two parchment paper sheets.
- Refrigerate for two hours, then slice into small rectangles. 6. You can wrap them up with parchment paper and string
