Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or your favourite sweetener) - monk fruit
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
Method:
- Place the milk, rice, sweetener and cinnamon in a small saucepan in low heat.
- Simmer 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until almost all the liquids are absorbed by the rice.
- Add the vanilla extract, whipping cream and Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries, stir until combined.
- Serve in ramekins and top with raspberries and mint.
