- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pumpkin spice: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Spinach
- Handful of ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour into glasses. You can top with whipped coconut cream + cinnamon
