Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 egg
- 45g melted butter
- 1/4 tsp B. Powder
- 1/4 tsp B. Soda
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost
- Fruits of choice (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, etc)
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, baking powder and baking soda until everything is well distributed.
- Add Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix well.
- Add the egg, melted butter and honey and mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a greased baking pan, then bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool on the counter.
- Meanwhile, mix Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost into the plain greek yoghurt until dissolved.
- Spread the yogurt on top of the pizza crust and add the toppings. You can drizzle with more honey and sprinkle with chopped almonds
