Fruity Oat Bar Pizza

Ingredients

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, baking powder and baking soda until everything is well distributed. 
  2. Add Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix well.
  3. Add the egg, melted butter and honey and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into a greased baking pan, then bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool on the counter.
  5. Meanwhile, mix Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost into the plain greek yoghurt until dissolved.
  6. Spread the yogurt on top of the pizza crust and add the toppings. You can drizzle with more honey and sprinkle with chopped almonds
