Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3-5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Spinach
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Sea salt (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- In a high speed blender, add the sunflower seeds and blend on high speed until a flour forms.
- Pour into a large bowl and mix in Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost + Mavella Superfoods Spinach.
- Add the water, 1 tbsp at a time, and stir until a dough is formed.
- Grease two sheets of parchment paper and your hands and transfer the dough between the two sheets. Use a rolling pin to roll into a thin layer.
- Peel of the top layer of parchment paper and mark the cookies into squared using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy on the edges.
- Sprinkle some sea salt on top (optional) and let them cool.
