Ingredients
• For the green chia pudding: 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup greek yoghurt, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp chia seeds.
• For the blue chia pudding: 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, 3 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
• Extra greek yoghurt as topping.
Method:
1. In two separate bowls, prepare the chia puddings by mixing all ingredients until combined.
2. Cover and place in the refrigerator until the seeds absorb the liquids.
3. For serving: spread a couple of yoghurt strikes on the inside of a jar with the back of a spoon to make the clouds.
4. Add the green chia pudding to the bottom and the blue chia pudding on top. Add more greek yoghurt on top and a couple edible flowers (optional)
