Ingredients
• 1 cup milk of choice
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp date syrup (or maple, or honey)
• 2 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
• 40g dark chocolate candy melts (optional)
Method:
1. Combine milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, date syrup and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost. Pour into a cup.
2. Melt the dark chocolate candy melts and add a thin layer on top of the blended oats.
3. Place in the refrigerator until solid, then have fun cracking the
top
