Blueberry Lemon Pudding

Ingredients

 • 1 cup cottage cheese
 • 1/4 cup honey
 • 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder
 • 1/4 cup lemon juice
 • 3 tbsp water
 • Pinch of vanilla extract
 • 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue

Method:
 1. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin into the water and heat just 20 seconds In the microwave.
 2. Add all ingredients plus the gelatin into a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
 3. Pour the mixture into serving jars or cups and let set in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
 4. Garnish with blueberries, sliced lemon and zest.
