Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Toppings: blueberries, poppy seeds, lemon zest

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the toppings in a jar or glass container, stirring until evenly distributed.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3-4hs until thickened.
  3. Serve with blueberries, poppy seeds, lemon zest, or your favourites!
