Tumeric Chicken Pies
Pre-heat oven to 180 (conventional), line muffin tray with baking paper or grease up a non-stick pan, cut up puff pastry sheets in 4 squares – enough for tops and bottoms of each muffin round
Weetbix Brain Balls
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, roll into balls, roll in coconut
15 minute chicken stir through
While the pasta is cooking, in a large frypan (or electric banquet frypan) add the oil and garlic and stir until just caramelised, add the bacon and fry off to crisp up a little.
Protein Slice
In a small pot, combine butter, rice malt, cacao, Brain Boost and cinnamon over a low heat, stirring until combined.
Brain Balls
Mix together, then roll into balls or place in Sillipod and place in freezer.

Healthy Bars
Blitz cashews, Mavella Brain Boost, banana and dates in a food processor until all ingredients are combined into a smooth mixture. I left my food processor going for around 5 mins to be sure.
Bear Toast
Simply mix Mavella Brain Boost with some peanut butter, yum! Spread onto toast and use banana and blue berries to make face.
