Ingredients
- 400g white beans
- 200g cooked cauliflower
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- For serving: lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, flax seeds, veggies
Method:
- Place the white beans, cauliflower, garlic, Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and olive oil in a food processor and pulse until a smooth hummus is formed.
- Spoon into a bowl or plate. You can make a fun fish shape with veggies, olives, etc.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
