White Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g white beans
  • 200g cooked cauliflower
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
  • For serving: lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, flax seeds, veggies

Method:

  1. Place the white beans, cauliflower, garlic, Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and olive oil in a food processor and pulse until a smooth hummus is formed.
  2. Spoon into a bowl or plate. You can make a fun fish shape with veggies, olives, etc.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
