Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 2 slices of bread
- Toppings: Avocado, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, lettuce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper (optional)
Method:
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost until dissolved.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and brush with oil. Pour in the whisked eggs and stick two slices of bread on it.
- Cook until the egg is set, then flip and fold. Cook until the bread is toasted.
- Prepare the fillings and add them to the sandwich. Close and enjoy!
