Tuna Melt Dip


  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 100g mozzarella or shredded cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
  • For serving: veggies as cucumber, carrots, celery, crackers, etc.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Drain the tuna and chop the onion.
  3. Add the tuna, chopped onion, shredded mozzarella (reserve a handful for later), cream cheese, mayonnaise and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
  4. Grease a small baking dish and pour the mixture in.
  5. Top with the reserved mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve as a warm dip, with cucumber, carrot and celery sticks, crackers or tortilla chips.
