Tuna Cucumber Cups
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 x 120g Solid Tuna can (drained)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Fresh Dill for garnish
- Cut the cucumber in about 2cm slices. Using a cookie cuter(or a spoon) scoop the centre.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Fill the cucumbers, you can use the same cookie cutter as a guide.
- Garnish with Dill.
