Sweet Potato Crackers

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix and knead until a dough forms.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
  3. Sprinkle some more flour onto a work surface and roll the dough. Cut circles with a cookie cutter.
  4. Transfer the cookies to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Press a fork in the middle of each one, then bake at 180c for 10 min.
  5. Flip the crackers and cook for 10 more minutes until crispy
