Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweet potato puree
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix and knead until a dough forms.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
- Sprinkle some more flour onto a work surface and roll the dough. Cut circles with a cookie cutter.
- Transfer the cookies to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Press a fork in the middle of each one, then bake at 180c for 10 min.
- Flip the crackers and cook for 10 more minutes until crispy
