Sweet Potato Cheesy Bombs


  • 200g Tapioca
  • 170g cooked sweet potatoes
  • 190g grated mozzarella (or your favorite blend of cheeses)
  • 45g olive oil
  • 45ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost


  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and olive oil until simmering. Mash the sweet potatoes and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the tapioca and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix until well distributed.
  3. Pour in the heated milk and olive oil. Mix until just combined, then add the mashed sweet potatoes and the egg. Lastly add the grated cheese
  4. Knead the dough and make 6 balls. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes.
