Ingredients
- 200g Tapioca
- 170g cooked sweet potatoes
- 190g grated mozzarella (or your favorite blend of cheeses)
- 45g olive oil
- 45ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and olive oil until simmering. Mash the sweet potatoes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the tapioca and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix until well distributed.
- Pour in the heated milk and olive oil. Mix until just combined, then add the mashed sweet potatoes and the egg. Lastly add the grated cheese
- Knead the dough and make 6 balls. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes.
